The Community Agriculture Resources Development Programme (CARDEP) strengthens smallholder farmers through sustainable farming practices, climate-smart agriculture, access to quality inputs, and agribusiness training. We promote modern techniques, environmental conservation, and value addition to improve productivity and incomes. By empowering farmers, youth, and women groups, CARDEP builds resilient communities capable of feeding themselves and generating surplus for markets. Our approach integrates innovation, partnership, and capacity building to transform agriculture into a profitable and sustainable venture that uplifts entire communities socially and economically.

Proposed Projects Seeking Funding
Promote food security and increased incomes of the resource poor coastal communities by promoting sustainable management of land and water resources for improved food security, health and sanitation. The organization also implements education programmes to improve education programmes in the coast and develop youth talents in different fields
Education Programs:Â Mentorship programs in primary, secondary and Tertiary institutions in Kilifi County and in particular Kilifi North constituency (Matsangoni, Jimba, Mubarakachembe and watamu areas)
Volunteerism programme:Â We have a Volunteerism programme which provides opportunity to both university and school leavers to gain field experience while working in our projects.
